To create a site that offers all of the same service and support that customers would expect from the nation’s largest providers. A strong look would also have to be created to help support a recent identity transformation and marketing campaign created by Agency 128, a Central MN marketing firm.

Meta 13 deisgned and developed a feature-rich site to offer a full array of content and services for the customer. Some of the key features included “My702”, a widget-based customizable homepage for all customers, a live chat online support system, and integrated news & weather feeds from various media outlets.
