As you might notice from our work, we develop in a number of different technologies based on the needs of our clients. Some technologies we work with are PHP, ASP, .NET, Perl, Coldfusion, Flash, Actionscript, MySQL, MS SQL server, Postgres, IIS, Apache. We also have vast experience working with various third-party software programs, network platforms and other outside integrations systems.

Support is a big part of our culture. Our process helps ensure that we catch bugs and errors throughout the construction process, but they occasionally occur. Our policy is simple - any bug that is found in any application that we’ve created becomes priority #1 for us. Our customers should expect that anything we create for them will function as contracted and they should never be charged for those things to get corrected.

We are the area’s only strictly web development company, and we take pride in also being the best. We have a track record of being the local “go-to-guys” for projects that others, even other web-developers, can’t handle. We have some current projects that reflect that reputation.

We see our company as a unique candidate for your project because we can handle all facets of this project inhouse, rather than just part of the project, or in partnership with another company.

Our process includes the development of a scope document that lays out the various facets and elements of the project and line-items the costs for the various elements. In many cases we can place a firmly quoted price on the project. We do not charge for our meeting time or anything outside of what is contracted for, so you don’t have to worry that the billing clock is ticking on every phone call or email. (We know that many of our competitors cannot make that same claim.)

Aside from our large client list, we also work with a number of advertising agencies in Central Minnesota and across the country. In some cases we act strictly as a vendor. More often, we partner with the agency on the project at hand. In most cases, we are involved in all of the meetings and planning sessions with the clients. I see this as the greatest testament to our level of professionalism. Our professional partners put a huge level of trust in the fact that we’re going to treat their customers right every day and for every request.
