Digital Green Enters Into Negotiations to Sell its Website Development Division

St. Cloud, MN - May 2, 2005

Digital Green, LLC, a leading Central Minnesota based technology company, and Meta 13 Interactive, Inc, a St. Cloud based Website design and development company, announced their intent to enter into negotiations whereby Meta 13 Interactive will acquire selected Website development assets of Digital Green. Under the proposed transaction, Meta 13 would assume certain contractual obligations of Digital Green's Interactive Division, including providing ongoing support to many Digital Green Development clients. Furthermore, Digital Green would agree to non-competition in Website development with Meta 13.

According to the non-binding agreement, Meta 13 would be assuming nearly all of the Digital Green's current web development business. "We are very pleased to be able to continue offering the high quality website development, custom programming, and design services," said Josh Gauerke, co-owner of Meta 13, and longtime developer at Digital Green. "We are looking forward to being able to focus our strengths on servicing our customers and clients with the right needs for our business model. Being a part of Digital Green has helped us grow into a respected and qualified development agency, and now we are looking to take it to the next step."
